I had acne as a kid, and would always have a pimple now and then into my mid 20s until I went glutenfree. I know nobody wants to do that, but it really does knock down inflammation in the body.

I opted against it. Wayyyy too many potential side effects/severe effects for my liking, and I'm a huge believer in the power of medicine. Don't know how old you are but if you're still younger,I'd wait and see if I grew out of it

I'm in my mid 30's and still suffer from mild/moderate acne. Really want to try this stuff but the liver issues are enough to keep me away. I take pain medication daily that has tylenol in it so I don't want to take anything else that may cause negative effects on my liver.

So far after 4 years of taking the pain meds with tylenol in them all my blood tests come back normal. I'm afraid adding accutaine to the mix might compound the effects of the tylenol. Pisses me off that the government adds the tylenol to the pain meds as a way to curb abuse. The tylenol has zero effect on my pain so I shouldn't have to take it just because some people may abuse the pain meds.

You guys ever thought about fixing your diet and quit eating like shite?? Try fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats/fish, and nuts. No bread, no added sugar, no dairy, no MSG or other chemicals, and nothing processed. Also, no wheat or grains and soy. Wheat is especially bad for you, and most carbs (other than fiber) gets converted to sugar, so 2 slices of bread has more sugar than most candy bars. So would you eat a candy bar with your eggs and bacon for breakfast?

Gluten is really bad for you body and your brain. It affects opioid receptors in your brain, and if you quit gluten, you go into withdrawals like opioids (although not as severe). I've been cutting gluten out and sugars, and I notice I get a headache and just feel lazy, but after a few days it goes away.

You guys really should look into gluten and how wheat has been seriously modified over the years. Our bodies hasn't been able to keep up.
