You do. Even if you have to plan a time at night to talk or text or whatever and even if its only for 10 minutes, you make the time if you care about the person.
I just don't see how you can claim to have feelings for a person but don't really talk to them very much.

Just date more than one at a time. That way you don't have enough time to worry too much about any of them.
