That trough scene, though. Humanity at its lowest level.

Let's be honest though, if the world ever devolved as it has in this show that would be the norm. That's basic "them or us" survival instinct and what humanity has practiced for the vast majority of our existence. The thing keeping it at bay is civilization. It might take 20-30 years, but we'd be killing each other for food and protection pretty quickly.

Human civility and altruism, hell even common decency, outside of the immediate family/group unit is a relatively new development in the course of uman history. For the first 200k years, we were beating each other's heads in.

Just finished the episode, what the heck was the ending about? Who were those people in the car? I thought terminus got destroyed.

In the train car at the end?

It was a flashback explaining more about the lady that Carol left to die in the sanctuary room.

So splain it to me because I'm not sure I get it. She was one of the cattle but became a butcher?

Yeah, that wasn't done very well. I honestly thought Terminus would be a several-episodes subject, kind of like Woodbury. Maybe the cannibalism angle was too severe.

Pretty much I guess. They had it, it was a legit peaceful place. Some guys came and took it over. They took it back, and for some reason kept doing the same thing they killed the others for?

Don't really know.

Yes, and being a charismatic leader she brought the others to her line of thinking and they retook Terminus.

Not according to The Talking Dead. Next week's episode will wrap up some of the lingering stories amongst certain members of the group and then they'll head off in a certain direction, most probably D.C.

Damn it KS, that was straight from TTD except for the part about D.C. That's just my opinion.

I'm starting to think you're wearing some cetus putredenim.

Yea, pretty cool. I also just read the episodes article on the walking dead wikia. When it comes to shows I'm really dumb and don't pay close enough attention...usually have to watch them three or four times to get it.

My new favorite term. When you google it only articles in Latin come up.

Most Tv has become so low-context that you can do 5 other things and still keep up.

This show isn't like that. Which I like. But I have to adjust my behavior when I watch it.

I know the feeling too. Almost every GoT episode I'm asking for at least one character "Who the frick is that again?"

Yeah, I had to go back and re-watch a couple of episodes when I was trying to binge watch and "catch up" a few months ago cuz I started the show late. Ended up glossing over a lot of shite that I wouldn't have caught if I hadn't given it a second watch.

Now with GoT and TWD, I sit my rear down and shut the frick up when I'm watching
