I guess I save my super analytical side for my nonfiction reading and get more enjoyment out of fiction by appreciating the author's writing style and/or plot designs.

Why is nobody talking about the show? Bunch of tards talking about not liking anything non-fiction.

Excellent first show. Trough scene was intense.

Carol has proved herself a total badass who is willing and capable of making the tough decisions and then carrying through. Shooting Terminus Mary in the leg and then leaving her to the Walkers was brutal.

Carol told Tyreese that she wished she had been strong when married. Hopefully the ex has fallen victim to the virus. Having beaten Carol during their marriage, that sucker wouldn't want to meet up with her now.

Regarding Carol and Tyreese, it's not clear to me how they knew that Terminus was an evil place. Am I forgetting something from last season?

Carol went in with mortars and machine gun blazing. Did she know some of the group were being held there?

She heard the dude at the shack mention Michonne and Carl. Then when she got there she saw Rick and the group being tied up and carted off.

Did he die early in the first season? The same time Andrea's sister died and that dude they left on the side of the road got bitten?

He did die from walkers. And then Carol herself put a pickaxe in his brain.

ETA: Well, I guess more of his jaw area.

I thought it was a good episode, but I'm not feeling the whole "best episode of the series" that I've read others post (not necessarily in this thread).

I just never got the feeling that an important character may die.

Definitely not the best of the series. People are just excited it's back. I'd put it top 5 though

That trough scene, though. Humanity at its lowest level.

Rick wanted to go back and make sure all of the beasts had been killed.

"They don't deserve to live."

I wish they had made sure they were all dead. Now I'll wonder if they'll meet up with them again (which is probably what the writers want me to think).
