Not sure if anyone else posted it, but was reading Matter's article, with Pinkel talking about how he has never once looked at stars and we literally got another

Bama and LSU, two good teams mind you are pulling top of the line assistants to upgrade the staff. Our answer to upgrading the staff? By saying that the solution was always there to begin with.
