I think the unhappiness right now revolves more around the decision to go with a read and react style that does not play into Mizzou's strengths.

Maybe Kul was a giant flaming dick monster. Maybe he wasn't. But if you don't turn the D Line loose and let them wreak havoc then Missouri is going to have a long and painful season.

we've got a new DC. He probably thinks read and react is the way to go. I expect to see more of it.

I'm not an expert in football. But if Odom was worth anything as a head coach, wouldn't he change his coverage schemes anyway due to letting that particular coach go? It would be like moving into a house and not replacing your dead bolt lock on your front door assuming no one else has a key to that old lock. It should just be an automatic thing to mix things up. So if Kul did share this info with teams in this conference, they would be gambling that Mizzou is still using the same coverages and schemes when they actually may not be. Besides, almost every team in the conference has around 3 yrs. worth of video on Mizzou's defense anyways. If they want to see coverages and schemes, just watch video.

I do agree if Kul actually did this it's a shite move. But I really find it hard to believe though. If this were to be confirmed, it'd be a career damaging or ending act of stupidity on his part. He's spent too many years building a reputation only to shoot himself in the foot like this? Hard to believe.
