This is just one more reason why I've not paid attention to basketball this season.

So Jones, Isabell, Bello, Clark, Teki and Wright have all been booted or suspended at some point. I have a hard time believing each and every one of those kids is a problem child. In my eyes there is only one constant between all of those kids. frick this game.

At this point either fire the fricking coach or kick every last damn player off of the team. This is ludicrous. Either we recruited our kids from the gangster disciples or the coach is an idiot.

Nothing wrong with discipline. I wish I would have known that before I got on the tigers today though. Ah well I can feel a W!!!!

Of course I have no idea what's going on. Just wanted to share this from Gabe over at PM.

" I don't know what they did. I do know that I don't need to be checking the police blotter. I asked one person if this was a situation where the coach has unrealistic expectations and is suspending kids every time they miss a class or something. I was told, "No, this is something you deserve to be suspended for."

Then kick them all off the fricking team. This has reached the level of stupid at this point. I don't remember anything like this in all my time. The closest was Anderson or whoever playing with like 6 or 7 guys, but if I remember correctly, that was over a short time. This has been all season long, and I haven't even talked about Gant being sidelined for something apparently questionable. This has been all season long.

So every single player on the team except J3 is a discipline problem? Oh and Shamburger.

Not under Haith. Not under MA. Not under Quinn. Not since Stipo/Sundvold era under Norm so I'm assuming you mean before then.

If you are referring to our record and shite show of play this year, I agree.

If you are referring overall which includes embarrassment, suspensions, scandals, I disagree. Ricky Clemons comes to mind, just saying since you weren't specific.

Ricky Clemons was an embarrassment.

Ricky Clemons should never have been a Tiger. Embarrassing chapter in our history, all the way around.

I have a hard time believing that:

Clark is a discipline problem.

Jones was a discipline issue.

Bello is a discipline issue.

Isabel is a discipline issue.

Wright is a discipline issue.

Teki is a discipline issue.

Gant is a questionable character.

Think I'm just done with basketball all together at this point. Turning it on Derby Dolls now.

I gave up on basketball, at least for this year, in November. I'm happier for it.

I have to say, I've been impressed with Wes Clark since the free throw debacle. Which is totally opposite to my opinion previously.

Speaking as ever the ancient optimist, you all might know that when Coach Smith took over the wrestling program, I couldn't believe what the f*ck was going on. He literally, canned the whole fricking team and had nothing but freshmen (who got the shite beat out of them). I asked Coach what was going on and he replied, "They didn't want to get with the program." Of course, he turned the squad into a national power. But, boys and girls...but...it took a couple years. Then it really took off.
