If he was asking for and granted a release wouldn't we have heard something by now?

Two different outlooks on the same scenario. He had already said he wanted out.

If he has changed his mind wouldn't we have heard about it?

It;s not safe to assume anything. I really wouldn't be surprised if we keep him. Mizzou doesn
t suck

I won't be surprised either way. I feel like it's a coin flip at this point.

The only thing I'm surprised about is that we have heard nothing yet.

For whatever it's worth, which is absolutely nothing, he has started re-tweeting Mizzou posters again. He had been pretty quiet since his meeting with Anderson.

In addition to the previously posted tweet:

Namon Wright ?@kharyw
That being said Coach Anderson, Mike Alden and NLI offices have granted me permission to talk to other schools/coaches, with restrictions

Namon Wright ?@kharyw
I will still strongly consider going to Missouri , I just need to make sure I'm in the right situation for me.

Well there's the confirmation everyone had been waiting to hear.

He was released after saying he wanted to be released no matter what. Shocking.

I'm not sure it's "looking good."

It's not looking bleak.

that should be a pretty easy one, especially with the context.

It's still a toss up. Like ATX keep's pointing out without UCLA f'ing this up he is ours, now it could go either way.

it's not the end of the world, but if we keep him we really have a group that Anderson could do something with by year 2

I think If he ditches us it will be for Utah. He has a good friend and former teammate that is a PG for the Utes
