I don't give a shite if someone has an "in" on recruiting. We're all going to learn about recruiting news in time.
If that person expects to post here and to be respected, he/she must make an effort to post legibly using proper grammar.
Truly it's a simple request.
He can choose to be ordinary or spectacular. I'll make him spectacular if he simply makes an effort to follow my instruction. Spectacular people carry a heavy burden on their shoulders at all times - we are envied by all and hated by many unremarkable people. Not all people have what it takes to be spectacular.
However, our reward is that we are remembered by all and worshipped by some.
Ordinary folks carry no such burden upon their shoulders, but they quicky fade into obscurity never achieving their true potential.
It's sad.
