Mizzou hockey lost to kU 5-2 tonight in KC

kU won the season series 3-0....

I attended the game and had a good time. I have a very limited knowledge of hockey, but it was very obvious that kU was physically and technically better than us in all facets. We were surprisingly tied 2-2 going into the 3rd period, but the gates finally broke after that. They nearly doubled our shot total.

I'm pretty sure historically we've dominated them in hockey, so I was a bit surprised by the outcome. Not much winning going on in Mizzou sports these days....
