Tre Williams. Good size. Looks bigger than Howard, who played last year and definitely showed some promise.
He becomes a pretty important guy right now with Brady being dismissed. Seeing him in pads made me feel a little better about his prospects.

Interesting to see Cam Hilton jumped a route for a pick. While I would have preferred to see him stay in the slot with his ball skills he could be quite the ball hawk at full-time safety.

I think a rotation of Frazier, Spencer Williams and possibly Josh Moore can be used to replace Brady's production at LDE. Tre Williams is destined for the right side of the line. If they are going to burn a year of eligibility, let Williams work on technique were he will make impact later.

TJ Warren opening camp as the starter at CB.

Is there a depth chart?

Nothing official. BO isn't going to put one out until prep for the WVU game.

No, just saw that in a Matter article.

Warren is a good athlete with tremendous recovery speed. I like that he is starting out on top of the chart.
That same article states that they are taking away the run/read responsibilities away from the corners. As Penton stated in the article, they are going to try and create more TO's and turn the completion % on third down.

I remember the negative responses on this board when TJ committed. He was a lowly 2 star, but his tape didn't say 2 star. True talent and heart have no star rating.

Warren was a mid level 3* I thought, maybe you meant Mason who is the WR, he's said to be having a great camp and expected to skip the redshirt.

Yeah I was just curious if one had been.

Warren was a 2 star at the time he committed. When the raters actually reviewed his film after committing he became a 3 star on 24/7 and Scout and a 4 star for espn but remained a Rivals 2 star.

Both Ford and Odom with positive comments about Crockett after practice today on Twitter. Ford said he is a legit 225 and the heaviest back on the roster.

There's been lots of buzz about Crockett. I think he plays this year.

We probably need to wait until they are in pads before evaluating any player. Who ever #14(Ray Wingo or Greg Taylor) is put on a move that caused the defender covering him to have a bowel movement.

Yea I'm just going off of the buzz about him.
Crockett and Tre Williams are the freshmen that I have heard the most about.

What's up with you guys practicing in the white helmets? Is that normal or is that what they'll be using week one and are just breaking them in?

I don't think it's normal, makes sense though with the heat.
