yea that's kinda my point, I don't see a need to "reward" Pinkel with anything until he's "ready to leave". He get's paid extremely well, that is his reward, (highest paid state employee).

Some of us just don't have that many years left, and I don't care to waste 5 or 10 of them watching Pinkel slowly fizzle down the drain. We've already seen what he is capable of, and it's really not much. A division or two every decade, well that's better than being kansas, but it's not what I want and probably a lot of you either. What we now hear from Pinkel is a lot of "we have to get better" talk and what we see is the same ole same ole "we do what we do" on game days. It's one thing to talk about getting better, it's another thing to actuate it. Biding time is great and all, that is when you have time to bide.
