The only thing that makes me sad about EZE is the Mizzou won't be good enough to face them or him and kick the shite out of them for a national title. I really feel our defense is good enough right now to give them a game and by the end of the season good enough to kick their lilly asses.

EE went to the right place for him. There was not enough carries for him here. He needs 20-25 carries a game. He was not going to get that here when we use 2 backs and a 3rd could get 2-5 carries.

If Elliot was playing bad would anybody on here really care? Move on guys and let's go with what we have. I remember when Elliot came out Duron Neal another stud from Desmet came out also and he picked Oklahoma and he only get's spot duty there and nobody on here seems to knock on him. I bet most of you don't remember him and if this kid would have went to Mizzou he would have been a stud. When they play Neals at Oklahoma he looks pretty good, but for some reason they never gave him much clock. I don't know if he starting this year or not.

His dad is under investigation by the NCAA. Maybe we backed off of him for good reason. Not worth hurting the program for any player, we're not a blue blood that can just cheat and everyone forgets/doesn't care.

Where did this info come from? Not that it's a surprise, given the things he said about being a recruiter for them.

crap my bad for not posting a source. It was on espn radio. I can't find a written source so I'll just claim it as a rumor for now.

Thanks. ESPN radio is a reputable source, and I'd only heard of this before on message boards. Not surprising, and I'm not feeling sorry for old Stacy at all.

Our offense wouldn't hold up against them...all they would need is 3pts

We did not back off of him whatsoever. He was the main event on that final recruiting weekend.
