Yea the problem is having accurate info, a lot of stories about "shoving a girl", well if she was in his face and he pushed her away that's one thing, if he intentionally tried to push her down some stairs, that's really a very different thing.

Not actually knowing the facts makes drawing conclusions a problem. I didn't see booting him for the former case and since the popo didn't want to charge him, (they could do that regardless of her willingness to testify), it seemed like maybe it was more smoke than fire.

Did you read the excerpts of the police report?

Very sad situation and most hurt is DGB.

Hopefully, he learns that risky/wrong actions have consequences. If reports are true, regarding his birth mother's drug abuse and doctors saying her fetus was dead, before his live birth a couple of months later, he could likely have some mental impairment.

I hope he gets the counseling he needs and is able to have a productive future.

I remember getting scolded by this board for connecting the dots between his mothers drug use and his lack of mental function.

I can still see things working out for him, and I think he's not as bad of a person as his newly created image. I think some coming down to earth will do him some good.

I am not an expert, but do have some knowledge regarding the known mental/physical complications that a child can suffer due to drug abuse by the mother during pregnancy.

This is just sad on so many levels. I understand and support the decision to dismiss DGB, but the story will live on. I believe his brother has been offered a FB scholarship and will attend Mizzou this fall.

If "you" refers to me, no I had not read that link about the police report, that's one of the things I was saying, that info is needed, and after seeing how contradictory and inconsistent the "witness" accounts are, it's still fairly unclear what actually happened. I would say if the info about him pushing the girl down stairs is accurate then he certainly needed to go.
