Last I heard she told him money was no object regarding NIL if he really needs the player.
I can't imagine a better AD for a head coach's objectives than a relatively blank check.

Well, injuries aside, he better not have a setback next season. Anything less than 9 wins should put him back on the hot seat.

That is probably a fire-able offense right there. AD can't be involved with NIL money. All that is allowed is for coaches to help advise players/recruits.
