Looks like I was right. She knew she wasn't safe long term at Mizzou. She created some enemies somehow.

If that’s the case, then MU hasn’t changed at all.

That’s the biggest blow in a decade. Absolutely brutal loss.

Should have cleaned house to keep her around.

That’s a huge step down for her. She’s gotta be taking a big pay cut. She’s going to a dead football program.

Choi. How bad is it that she bails for that hot mess?

She did blow a surplus of something between $15-20 million in one year.

Choi’s hanging by a thread with the academic side.

The pledge: Men's BB is back. 25 million buyout to a guy who might be a great coach but has 1 year at a P5.

The turn: 2023-2024 men's basketball season.

The prestige: DRF gets out at 20% haircut and her friend gets bought out in 2025 at 20 million ...

Always wondered how the athletic department could be in the red with SEC football earnings ...

Either that or the whale that donated 62 large said ... here's what is gonna happen in the athletic department ...

If she was against the Drink extension/ buyout and gave Gates his extension/buyout ... she was probably over her skis in the SEC ...

Who knows ... all I know is Gates has 0 margin for error in 2024-2025 season ...

Lady I know at the vet school says Choi and his magical ability to piss everyone off is a hot topic among the faculty. Booster boss wonders, if money handling is a problem, why go to Arizona, where every penny will be under a microscope?

Looks like Drink is just fine with what transpired.

Does this mean we are losing Jackson
Francois to the portal?

Ben Fredrickson wrote Drink and DRF weren't completely on the same page, for whatever that's worth.

Reading all the Nancyboy "journalist" at RockM throwing tantrums and shade at the BoC ...

Makes me like this outcome even more ...

It can be two things that the BoC is historically trash while DRF made some poor choices.

That's a likely combination.

After DRF's first year, we were $15million in the black.

Its becoming pretty clear that there was a rift between Drink and DRF.

Make no mistake, football drives the bus. Period.
