Why does it matter if the coaching staff is experienced or not?

Like it or not this is who we have. If KA has learned from last year & if Tate is a better fit than Fuller & if a years experience helps the young coaches/players back from last year then Mizzou will improve. If Mizzou improves then KA will be here the next 10 years or so.

If not then we are only 1-2 years away from a new coaching search.

The only criteria that Anderson mentioned before the search is experience.
Other schools were reportedly interested in him.

Would be interesting to see who else KA talked to.

I've gotten tot he point I just don't care if he's a good hire or not. Hire whoever he wants. Recruit whoever he wants. It's his show. I'll tune in once they stop being shitty regardless of who's in charge.

Exactly all of this. Every last bit of this.

Sorry but those aren't valid comparisons whatsoever. People aren't complaining about Tate because he has no D1 experience. They are complaining because no one on our entire coaching staff has any, well I guess KA and Loos have one year now, but big whoop.

It's a bit of a joke. They had one shite year and peeps crap on them. That is NOT how it works in a rebuild. Tate was IMO a sexy hire from the outset.

That one year was worse than anyone expected, KA included, year 1 of a rebuild taken into consideration. Bottom line...people will stop calling it crap when it stops being crap. Not many are saying they shouldn't be able to carry on, but don't expect people to say something was a thing of beauty when it wasn't.
