In 2015 MU allowed 36 plays over 20 yds on 354 passing attempts. 1 long passing play every 10 opponent passing attempts.

In 2016 MU allowed 48 plays over 20 yds on 418 passing attempts. 1 long passing play every 9 passing attempts.

Nuke... Can you statisitically show the impact the move to the hurry-up offense had on the defense? And then with the 2015 offense vs. 2015 defense compared to 2016 offense vs. 2016 defense in total plays, time of possession, yardage, etc., if that makes sense.

I'm curious if the hurry-up offense overextends or exposes the defense to the point of being counterproductive. Only if you have the time.

The defensive issues went well beyond anything the offense was exposing them to.
