Yes but at the time it was state college of iowa. Just looked it up. It was D2 when Norm was head coach.

So now TB is having a big debate over Thad Matta?! Anyone have any evidence to support this?

Saw the debate. Looks as credible as the rest of their inside sources

Also Matta makes 3.2 mil. Think we are going over that?

So not to be that guy, and I'm working off someone else's work (TigerJackSwartz on TB, and he's working on some PowerMizzou guy), but here's some flightaware shite.

Business jet from Wichita lands in Springfield earlier today.

After that flight lands, a chartered business jet lands in Springfield from Columbia. Not too big a deal until you look back into the history and see that jet that flew from Columbia to Springfield also made a trip to Birmingham from Columbia and back earlier today.

Gregg

Alden

The Wichita flight was tried and diverted yesterday, which is a chink in the ole armor.

FWIW (from the other poster's info) The plane that flew from Wichita to Springfield is also connected to a Carnahan through the business filing with the MO Sec of State.

That's it.

It actually might be something. The Carnahan thing is thin in my mind, but the odds of a flight flying to Birmingham and back to Columbia in one day and then to Springfield not being Alden or someone in the AD seems slim.

This gets my aviation geek seal of approval.

They're the right kind of planes, the COU-BHM-COU-SGF thing is almost certainly an athletic department flight.

Agreed.

Seems like they really are trying to throw us off though.

Yeah, no clue why you'd meet in Springfield unless trying to sneak someone in to Columbia from COU isn't really possible.

ETA: I guess the person you're negotiating with probably wouldn't want to cede home field advantage, either.

And now there's more. This is me making some leaps, but here we go.

The flight between Wichita and Springfield yesterday was diverted back to Wichita. That flight would have landed at about 2:30-3:30 PM.

At 5:22 PM, a flight on a plane owned by Employ/Ease (A staffing company) arrived in Springfield from Columbia, spent 3 hours or so, and then left back to Columbia.

I have no clue who they would have met with, since the flight from ICT never arrived.

Either way, there that is.

Probably doesn't mean much if there wasn't a flight that is almost positively a Mizzou AD flight currently in SGF with a flight that arrived from ICT that just happened to be flown with a plane from a Missouri company attached to a former board of curators member.

Disclaimer: The Employ/Ease aircraft seems to hang around Missouri, but hadn't been to either Columbia or Springfield in the previous week.

They're all going to fly to Kirksville from Springfield, then use a car service and drive down 63, or whatever highway that is, and hold a presser tomorrow.

Using the state school system as a ruse.

Per someone on PM, WSU fans saying Marshall is meeting with someone connected to Mizzou (don't know if that means Alden or a third party on our behalf) in a suite right now at Kauffman stadium (WSU & Mizzou are playing there tonight).
