First time actually getting to watch Sikemma. He's sick. Houck looked good, not great by his standards. Yes, ugly at the plate. Good thing that Bama was even worse on the mound. Something like 13 walks.

Yep, and IMO he struck out 4 guys that last inning. They guy that walked struck out twice himself but Sikemma didn't get the calls on two pitches.

Really poor night at the plate tonight. Sometimes the wildness of the opposing pitchers can cause that though. A lot of swing and misses....houck and sikemma were pretty good thankfully. A win is a win!!!

That ump's zone was all over the place too. Hard to hit when you never know what it's going to be called.
