13 players in that 2014 class did not finish their eligibility. The two highest rated players in the class have been derailed by injures. It does have some good players in it. Paul Adams, Kevin Pendleton, Ish Witter, Kendall Blanton, Sam Bailey, and Walter Brady have all been contributors.

An outsider's POV:

quote:

But don't feel so bad Georgia Fans. While you guys are 12th in the SEC in Recruiting, and used to consistently finish in the top 5 under Richt, at least you or Ole Miss aren't as pathetic as Missouri who is somehow #14 in the SEC

Oh well with the one verbal and being in Trouts top 75, so there's that and we can only move up, Right?

Observation/comment

1 For such a positive sunshine purveyor you are an open defeatist. This must really create a lot of internal conflicts for you. You want to spread the shine but at the same time you spout repeatedly the "reasons" COMO is incapable of shining. You want to believe but you truly don't think it is possible. You accept that mediocrity is the best we can expect. This is my biggest divergence from you creating my biggest rub. Not only do I believe that COMO can shine despite your contrary excuses I therefore expect/demand better.

2 Yeah it is May but last is last, especially with no reasonable expectation that BO/Spam will be able to all of a sudden turn the tide of recruits disinterest.

On a side note. I agree that we will probably never have a top 3 SEC class but I do believe MU has enough going for it to at a minimum be in the middle of the pack (6 to 8) on a consistent basis and there is no valid excuse to be out of the top 10 much less last. I will not accept that or go off silently in the night like a defeated dog when this occurs or is occurring.

Seems most of the Missouri 10 targets have said that they don't plan on committing until fall or closer to signing day. If Mizzou starts the season well, which the schedule is set up nicely for, then maybe some commit early. If the season starts poorly, then they eliminate Mizzou early.
Mizzou does seem to be putting some pressure on a few of them, by offering similarly rated players in Texas and the south.

LOL. You quote one of your alters with 32 total posts and call it "an outsider".

You are a clown.

Next.

I don't think you realize how shitty our facilities are compared to the rest of the conference.

Whatever swabby, admirable how you come to provide backside aid to your BBB. Skype JQ and you can mime YMCA for each other.

The number of posts are totally not relevant. Was the truth spoken? Truth is truth whether spoken for the first time or otherwise.

And another thing, perhaps as a deck hand formal education was not required, still you should break out a dictionary for the term outsider. I'll give you a hint it is not an insider or someone who has earned the term based on the proclivity of their posting history

I don't worry about recruiting.

Have you not figured that out by now?

Odom will butter his bread with identification and development...or he won't. Then we try again. Such is life.

One thing I know...no amount of screaming "recruit better"!!! on a message board is going to inch is any closer up the mountain.

It's called realism. If you have yourself a dose you probably wouldn't be so unhappy.

You edited that at least once and still couldn't get a decent insult out. What is your favorite flavor of crayon?

MU is the first SEC offer for this OT:

Plays 7A ball in Georgia and started at ROT. His HS has produced 9 power 5 players since 2013.

Sounds like Adeole is ready to commit.

Sadly, I don't see it being to the good guys.

Don't worry Kilo, I am still tracking the coming shitestorm. I am just waiting for the "eye" to become imminently close. I have already relayed the NRSB alert and republishing it every time the prediction is verified by the rain falling on the outer edge seems futile for those who wait till hail and 80mph wind starts hitting their homes before protecting windows with plywood and stocking the liquor cabinet.
