they would be lucky to find enough players to field more than 15 teams in Utah.

Tillmon to Illinois. Not that we ever really had a shot.

Anyone want to start a new thread? We can certainly keep this thread going but tbh, I don't even know the names of all the guys that came in with this class and obviously didn't update the OP with any commits. If any of you basketball guys want to start a thread where we can update the OP with commits or whatever, I can let this one loose.

Sounds like Goodwin will follow Tate to SLU.

Carteare Gordon a top 30 2018 kid named Mizzou in top 10.
LINK

Word is he wants to stay close to home.

Would love to have a 2018 class of Gordon & Watson.

You take Mizzou and I get the field on this bet?

Field wins.
Mizzou probably has a new coach by then.

I wasn't for the choice of Anderson, but for some weird reason I think they will be better this year. (.500)

I don't doubt they'll be better. I mean it was the worst 2 year run I can remember and arguably the worst 2 year run in Mizzou hoops history. Hard not to improve. I don't know about .500. 15 wins should be doable but I'll just wait and see before I buy any tickets.

Yea I wouldn't be shocked if the team wins 14-16 games.
If they do that recruiting will determine if KA comes back.
For a couple examples of what I mean:
14-16 wins, but don't sign or get any commits in the early signing period. KA gets fired
14-16 wins and recruiting similar to the 2016 class. KA still gets fired
14-16 wins, but the team lands Eastern, Wilkes, and a guard. Might be a case for keeping KA.

I really think that KA got lucky when Rhoades left town. I don't think Sterk is going to come in and make a major change in such a short amount of time. I think he just bought another year with a new AD. Then again, 6 months can seem like a long time.

I would be really surprised if this was the case. They hired someone who's very connected in men's basketball.

Whatever the results of the next couple of years, it's hard to believe Kim is the long-term answer.

Yea I would be suprised if KA is back next year.
The only way I see it right now would be a team that is .500 or better and beats some high major competition on getting a couple of recruits.

They'd have to surprise...big time.

KA hasn't recruited and he's yet to prove that he can develop enough to overcome that.

We have nothing in the post besides an undersized Puryear and I can't see us being any good, nor can I see KA surviving another bad season.

Looks to be between Mizzou, Georgia, & LSU.

One of Mizzou's top targets F Wyatt Wilkes committed to FSU today. He's a legacy there, and had been a strong FSU lean, so not surprising.

He had been scheduled to make a visit in October.

Texas A&M freshman Deshawn Corprew has been ruled a non-qualifier by the NCAA, sources told @CBSSports.

So that's good.

CJ Roberts a 4 * PG from Texas visits this weekend. He's the top recruiting target in this class. Basically been the top target since Porter commitment to Washington.

Also visiting are the top 2 2018 targets 5 star F Gordon and 4 star wing Watson both from St Louis
