That's the same date that PM has reported.

Per his father, Darnell Green will continue to pursue a career in modeling in New York City and will not enroll at Missouri this January.

I shouldn't have, but for some reason, I

Had no idea he was in NYC modeling.

Adonis Williamson a DB from Indy is headed to Virginia Tech. High 3 star rated and recruited by MIzzou.

Sounds like a "secret" visitor might be in town for an OV this weekend. All that has been reported was that it's an uncommitted 4*. My money is on Ryan Davis the WR from Florida. Dark horses of Kirkland the LB from Indiana or Clark the TE who decommitted from Michigan, he was high on us before committing to them.

Didn't pull up the thread, but the recruiting board is saying Kirkland has bumped up his announcement to Monday.

It was supposed to be Raquean Williams visiting this weekend. Doesn't look like it will happen though, but coach Kul is apparently on him and his mother to visit pretty hard and we have a good shot at getting an OV sometime soon. Pretty anticlimactic but that's recruiting.

Good weekend to have a Florida kid here, 60 degrees.

Would love to get a high end WR, it's almost like how could we not?

We clearly have the early playing time card to play.

No reason we can't get a legit 4 star WR in this class.

6'9" 302 lb JUCO OL Tyler Howell seemed to really love his visit and doesn't know whether he will bother going to UGA in January. He actually seems slim at 305 for someone 6'9". Would Mauk be able to throw over his head?

Matter was just on the radio and said something similar.

Said to look for something in a couple of weeks.

Looks like Darrin Kirkland is headed to Knoxville. I wish he asked Dewayne Hendrix his feelings on UT. You have to give Butch Jones credit. He knows how to recruit.

Brian Austin interview for whatever that is worth. Starts by talking Stec.

Uncomitted guys in this last weekend:

Tyler Howell
Marquis Doherty - Sounding positive
Saleem Brightwell

Hentges - Likely Bama but Mizzou hasn't given up. Trying to get him in for an OV. Dead period now through holidays.

Nate Howard - Good shape with him. Wisconsin had just offered him first.

Beckner - Last OV weekend.

Davis twins - Still committed to Nubs. Like Hentges. 1/23 visit date.

Pinkney - WR Mizzou is pushing for.
Joshua Thomas - LB (I think...mind is mush) they are pushing for.

Played around with the class calculator on 247. Added TBJ, Davis Twins, Nate Howard, Doherty, Howell and Pinkney. Takes us to 20 commits and the #18 class.

Things will change with other schools of course, but a big part of the reason we are lower is because we have so few commitments.

That would be a nice finish to the class and would likely finish in the top 25.

That would be an awesome finish. That's 7 more recruits. Think that's all we'll take? I think that at last count we had room for 5 or 6 more as it stands now, can't remember which. That's without anyone else moving on. I could see us taking 8-9 more, which would move us slightly higher.

Yeah, not sure how many just thought those were the guys we have the best chance with.

If we do take 22 we can knock our two 2* off our list and climb even higher! Lol

His hudl page list him at 4.5

I'm thinking that might be a bit generous, but he's not slow by any means.

First play on his tape is quite impressive, actually.

Yeah. I'd guess the 4.5 is a little generous given that tape. His frame looks big, though. Could he play TE in our offense?

Doherty Quote from PM

"I think Mizzou has the third-most first-round draft picks in the past seven years. Now, Oregon has their fair share of guys in the league, too, but Mizzou is top-of-the-line."

He will be ours for sure. but I guess we all thought that anyway.

MLB is the issue with Doherty. That should be our concern.
