Of 33 predictions on 247, 30 have predicted Sawyer to SCjr. The other 3 predicted Auburn.

I don't think he has even 3. From everything I have read, seen, and heard it is Mizzou or USCjr. Somone tweeted about Tennessee to him and he made a remark about not being able to go where you are not wanted.

Glad to have young Mr. Wingo. You never know when it comes to recruiting. His brother was thought to be a Mizzou lock. Chose the Hogs and there was some bad blood with Tiger fans when daddy Wingo said he would contact St. Louis recruits and encourage them to join his son. Ronnie saw playing time as a true freshman and sophomore but was mostly a bench warmer his last two years. You never know.

I don't have a great feeling about Sawyer, but hope I'm wrong. If we have 4 spots still open, I'd love to see Booth, Wallace, Sawyer and a big, nasty DT. If Sawyer goes to SC, make that 2 big, nasty DTs.

Had a feeling this would be the case. OK. Now, let's get Booth, Wallace and 2 nasty DL or LBs.

Disappointing but again don't think anyone was ever confident we would get him.

A very smart person once told me you have to get your hat on the table before they can pick it. In other words, get into the conversation first, and into the final schools being considered. We're getting our hat on several big tables. We won't get them all, or even get many big ones at first. But seeing our hat on the table means we're making major progress. We're picking up some great recruits, and will continue to get more as the staff keeps doing work.

SEC commits fare well in state title games LINK
- Missouri running back commitment Thomas Wilson had reason to celebrate on Friday. He led his Buford (Ga.) team with 118 yards rushing on 14 carries with two touchdowns in Buford’s state championship win in Georgia. Another thing to be proud of? Wilson, who could play one of many positions for the Tigers next year, was a big part of helping set the new Georgia state record for team points scored with 707. Also, his team’s title was its sixth in the past seven years. Wilson also had six tackles in the state title game...
- Also in Georgia, an athlete several SEC schools would love to land, Myles Autry, returned a kickoff 92 yards for a touchdown to help Norcross (Ga.) get out of a two touchdown deficit and go on to win the Class AAAAAA championship. Also, big-time SEC target Lorenzo Carter—a consensus five-star prospect—plays for Norcross. On the other side of the field, Missouri WR prospect Nate Brown caught a touchdown in the game for North Gwinnett (Ga.).

Scottsdale CC DT Calvin Heurtelou denies reports that he has committed to Miami. He will not sign today and plans to announce next week.
I'm glad to hear that he hasn't signed at Miami but troubled by the fact that Miami is even in the conversation. Where'd this come from?
