The main nugget (to me) was, Pinkel needs to be careful not to start "star chasing" coming off this great season.
They related a story where Bill Snyder (and to a lesser extent Mangione) lost focus by thinking now that they had arrived, the higher ranked players would come. So they recruited them, but they still didn't come. Meanwhile, they hadn't recruited the players they typically would have and didn't get those either, setting the program back.
They don't think Pinkel will fall into that trap and won't deviate from the secret to his success.
They also said it takes multiple successful seasons to raise recruit quality in a permanent way.

I like the fact that we have 6 early enrolls in this class. I think it leaves us with about 4-6 spots left. And remember Sawyer announces today. And we are high on three different defensive tackles list, probably top two for Dom Booth, and have a good shot at Brian Wallace.
