That's pretty pedestrian to be honest. But other than that yeah he's doing pretty good.

They're aren't any doors on the sidelines. Dan wanted it fixed right then.

Maybe I'm more used to that type of leadership because of the Army, but I like it. Shows he isn't standing for it.

Defense caused us some bedshitting last year and it does need to be better.

If it needs fixed right then, there is a way to relay that message without emasculating an assistant in front of the team.

If what the reporter reported was true then that was a poor choice of words by Mullen.

I thought, no way there is anything that bad posted on the board after this game.

Jesus Christ. Message boards never cease to amaze me.

I know it's only Northwestern State but, Nick Fitzgerald was looking good on that drive.

Fitz and Staley looked real fricking good. I can't wait for that battle in the spring.

I understand his frustration but he needs to chill the frick out and not talk to grown men like that.

frick that. How about Diaz just stops Northwestern State?

Diaz knew exactly what the frick he was getting into when he came back. The reporter should have never said that on tv.

How many times a game do you see Saban lose his shite on Kirby Smart? Does anyone ever say shite about it? No.

I like Dak. I read an article in SI a few weeks ago and I respect him a lot more than I did before reading it. I'm not sure why but I do.

I'll pass this post on to Dak. Will probably mean a lot to him.

While sorant's post doesn't fall into this category, personal letters to players/recruits on message boards will always be my favorite.

Speaking of Dak being a pretty decent guy (along with a lot of other athletes/coaches) that whole Campbell Dale passing away thing was just heartbreaking to read through.

God, that app where his mother was posting journal entries or whatever was brutal. I couldn't read any more than the one or two I started.

I have an ex-professor that has a son with a pretty serious illness. I see photo's of him with a lot of the MSU athletes.

All this cancer talk is giving me the sads. If you have never heard of Joe Roth, who was QB at Cal in 75 and 76, you should look him up. Played his senior year while fighting cancer. Finished 9th in the Heisman voting. Played in the Hula Bowl and was dead a few weeks later from Melanoma.

I heard that the "discussion" was about tackling and not the defense in particular. It doesn't make sense that Mullen would talk about stepping in to run the D. It does make sense that he would talk about stepping in to show people how he wants them to tackle.
