Don't even get on the bus back to Starkville. To sit back and only rush 3 on that last drive, GD! And what really got me with the 9 seconds left, rush 3 and give the qb time to make a 15 yard completion into FG range.

Running the ball up the gut play after play. Let's just sit back in base 4-2 all night. Piss poor tackling. How is it that our DC is a LB but cannot teach ours how to shed a simple fricking block against a Kentucky team.

Did we ever attempt to bring any pressure during the game? This was some real bad defensive playing tonight.

I need re-up my valium script.

That was pretty pathetic last night. When we did bring pressure, we did a piss poor job of covering the hot receiver. They have a shitty QB. It was hard to watch.

There was a lot of bad play on D, but in particular, Jung was awful. I have never seen one player run himself out of position that many times.

The coverage on the last pass play was awful. You have got to make them go over the top. Giving up the underneath when that is all they needed was insanity.

I think you need to look higher up the chain. There lies the problem.

Yeah I guess we did bring it one play and got roasted for a TD so we had to fall back into the Bend until we Brake defense.<----- (Coining that one)

The entire secondary getting injured definitely hasn't help. To an extent I can understand why they have to play the way they are, but damn it's hard to watch.

Mullen gonna scapegoat hard this offseason. His boy Hev may even get thrown under the bus.

Sirmon wasn't exactly handed much to work with. I'd like to see him and the rest of the defensive staff stay in tact for a couple of years. Their resumes tell me they are quality coaches and I also think they can possibly expand our recruiting reach beyond a 60 mile radius around Starkville. At least I hope.

while I would agree that Sirmon has been far less than satisfactory, we can't just keep changing defensive staffs every year and expect a much better result.

I am afraid we are going to have to handicap Dan with a DC that has the balls to say FU and a contract too big to run him off.

We need to back the money truck up to Ed O's house and make him DC and recruiting co-ordinator.

Hev has got to be reassigned as transportation coordinator or head hot dog griller, something more fitting his talents.
