I thought we played really hard but we have to be able to knock down some perimeter shots to compete with good teams. 0-10 from 3 is unacceptable Gavin Ware also needs to assert himself more. With that said UNLV has a good squad very athletic

I agree. I really hope Ray gets rid of Brooks soon. He is a terrible coach.

I'm very good friends with a former JUCO head coach who consistently beat brooks and he didn't think he was much of a coach

Never met him. I know several JUCO coaches now cause of Coach Cooper. Learned alot working under him in two years.

He coached at JCJC and has been an assistant at Southern Miss and Jacksonville State. I also know Coach Casey Carter and Jay Ladner from Southwest CC and JCJC both do a great job.

I think I've met Jay maybe once. I know Bubba Skelton who was at JCJC. He's probably the best in Mississippi JUCO ball right aside from Mark White. I know Coach Flanigan at Holmes. I know East Central's old head coach. Can't recall his name off the top of my head. He played for Coach Cooper. I've met Coach Pate who took over for Coach Cooper at ICC a few times.

Jay in my opinion is the best in MS his team this year is loaded. A new guy on the scene is Kenny Bizot at Co-Lin who's coming in from a D3 school in Texas. He used to be the head coach at Jackson Prep and ast at Mississippi College

I'll be honest since I left ICC when Coach Cooper did, I haven't really kept up with JUCO ball much. I need to try and do that more. Always exciting basketball.

He's got a few buddies of mine on his team. They were freshman my sophomore year at ICC. JT Tillman and Adrian Potter.
