I was thinking about that this morning. How many 4 star RB on this team and we kept giving the ball to Holloway up the middle? Poor guy won't make it to Nov. But it comes down to the OL. It has to drastically improve. That falls directly Mullen's recruiting and his boy coaching them. Our starters have plenty of snaps but I never saw them take over on a poorly ranked defensive team. USC's Dline is going to eat our lunch much less bama, LSU, or even A&M.

Defense? We're fricked. Simple as that. Dline was decent but that was about it.

I didn't understand it last year and could not believe that we are trying it this year.

He is too damn small to be running up the middle.

Look, he's put in the work, and he's a veteran on this team. Those are the two most important things to get snaps on a Mullen team.

His runs open up the passes to him.

Same DMul shite, different year. Should have been pounding A. Williams up the middle and Ross should have gotten more touches and Fitz should have gone back in for the second half, he didn't start the game because DAM.WILLIAMS was better.

Hevesey needs to get off his fat arse and get some better recruits. You cant replace talent with training. Jimbo Fisher said it last night. They either got it in them or they don't. This shite's not funny anymore. Is he sucking somebody off to keep his job? I mean frick, what the hell is going on? Has he become a mole for AU, trying to keep us from finishing above them this year? Maybe the truth is more than we can handle.

Wait, offensive line looked good. Not sure what y'all were watching but so long as Rankin was in the game they looked solid as hell.

Not a shocker that the only two series he played were our two scoring drives.

Good against south Alabama that had lost all its starting defensive line is not good against a sec team. That is more like 5+ sacs to a sec team.

Agree to disagree, they performed way better than I expected. Especially for their first game together with 2 new starters.

I applaud your enthusiasm for finding a silver lining through all of this.

It is really a sight to behold.

Got to get myself pumped up to get let down when Williams plays a full game Saturday without completing a single downfield pass.

Honestly the worst play calling during that game you could ever see. So many things to be angry about. Fitzgerald could have run for 200 yards against that team.

By the way, PFF has us with 3 of the 5 OL's of the week for the SEC, Calhoun made the national list.

This is half the reason I'm so upset. The OL played well, which nobody expected. We could have ran Aeris in the wildcat with Holloway at RB and hung 40 on that team.

Who? call me cynical or negadawg but some blogger must have only watched our game to name 3 of our OL against some scrubs from USA in a loss vs maybe what Bama, A&M, UGA's OL did against ranked opponents.

It's Pro Football Focus. They are universally respected.

They grade every player on every play, cross reference it with other analysts, then have it reviewed by a panel of like 500 coaches. They are actually pretty legit.
