No Fred Ross in the bunch, although he only caught one pass against us last year (TD). Always thought Ross was better than Bear.

Can Gray and Myles carry the load? Not hearing much about Mixon, who I felt was your #2 behind Ross.

And no Dear for the quick out pass.

Any newcomer?

Do you have a TE target?

I won't talk about that, but I will tell you that your opinion that Leo Lewis is going to be held out of anything is wrong. He is in no jeopardy of not playing unless he gets injured. You are wrong. Your friends are wrong. End of story.

Your team has a chance to beat LSU this season (should have won last year).

If Leo is in Kentucky for 3 days prior to the LSU match, that's not going to help.

What led you to believe he will be in KY for 3 days?

If they can prove Leo lied, by gosh that will absolve them from ACT fraud, Tunsil inducements, Walter Hughes, lack of compliance, cash handouts, free lodging. Probably could re-hire Freeze and get Mullen fired.

Thats what I don't get, Leo's part of this will take less than 5 min.

COI: Mr. Lewis, do you stand by your previous statements?
Leo: Yes sir I do
COI: Thanks for attending, you are dismissed.

I think the big thing is that we may actually have a running back this year -- ole miss saw him in the last game.

For whatever reason, early in the season Mullen used Holloway (sp) a 160lb as our main RB repeatedly.
I'm amazed he didn't get broken in half during conference play.

We have admitted the ACT fraud and failure to cooperate by the 2 coaches under Nutt.

We have admitted the Tunsil allegations (Mike Cannon Motors), lodging (Patel !), food to a kid we thought was a Tunsil relative, sleeping on the couch, $800 at the airport (idiot !). 7 game suspension served.

The Hughes allegations involve Fellowship of Christian Athletes - a few grey areas here.

For the most part NOA#1 is admitted.

It's NOA#2 -- Leo and Kobe -- that will/will not result in the 2 bowl ban. Pass the Tums and Jack.

You also admitted that Leo has merit in your own response.
I'll give you an objective reply.

quote:

a few grey areas here.

Not really. Your staff didn't do their due diligience on the guy which has been a recurring theme under Freeze.

quote:

It's NOA#2 -- Leo and Kobe

quote:

The University agrees that Allegations Nos. 14(a)-(d) and 14-(h)-(i) are supported by credible and persuasive factual information and that a violation occurred.

So in this instance the university agrees that #39 info is credible. e-g is wrong. Well 5 times we did pay for it but not those other 3 times.

quote:

The University agrees that Allegation No. 16-(a) is supported by credible and persuasive factual information

The University does not agree, however, that there is sufficient credible and persuasive factual support for the Committee to find a violation for Allegations Nos. 16-(b) and 16-(c).

The university agrees the Farrar was setting up #39 with a booster. But it wasn't about cash payments. Therefore #39 is a liar!

The university agrees that Barney was dishonest and went rogue even throwing him under the bus about it. But out of how many allegations your university admits, you're stuck on No. 9 with rebel rags. The university response is a game of he said/she said when the NCAA responded so on this one you're stuck on saying leo and kobe are liars, not Barney or kiffin(who your university admitted made mistakes also), and therefore all of #39 statements should be thrown out in every allegation.

Miller reported about it, 2 other athletes reported about, Rebel Rags has many pictures over the internet with current and former athletes. No suspicion?

quote:

A review of football staff cellphone records showed Kiffin called Warren January (the day after visit) and Farrar exchanged four calls with Warren between January 22 and 24

Warren similarly denied knowledge of how the family found his store. The enforcement staff asserts that these statements are aimed at breaking the link between the football staff and the family's visit to Rebel Rags. Notably, Kiffin acknowledged that he directed the family to Rebel Rags.

Between March 28, 2014, and January 25, 2015, Farrar exchanged 61 phone calls with Warren and , 19 of which occurred when was visiting the institution.

his family provided the enforcement staff with a video he filmed showing some of the merchandise received on these occasions. Also shown in the video is one of Rebel Rags business cards with her cellphone number handwritten on the back.

Farrar exchanged 88 phone calls with Warren between November 30, 2014, and December 5, 2015, including on November 2014, and April 2015, which coincided with unofficial visits. He also exchanged 26 phone calls with between November 17, 2014, and January 31, 2016, including November and 2014; November 2015; and January and 2016, which coincided with unofficial visits and his official paid visit.

Conversely, there are multiple instances in this case that cast doubt on the credibility of Kiffin, Farrar,____and _____.

So this is what you're hanging your hope on?

Your university used mouthpieces and responses that try and paint leo lewis as the bad guy because that is the only way your fanbase wouldn't turn on them and demand that they be put out on their asses. Besides #39, do you know who the other student athlete's are?

This is the OJ case once again. Barney ain't looking so good, and we admitted.

BUT, if the glove don't fit . . .can Leo/Kobe prove they got free goods from RR? Merkel says no. Merkel doesn't lose; he makes Dickie Scruggs cry. Also, Warren says no.

Leo doesn't want to appear in Cincinnati. Why? If the truth shall set you free, nothing to worry about.

And can the hot shot attorney make it from Brookhaven to his office in Ridgeland (behind the mall on County Line Rd) in 52 minutes?

These are the only 2 issues at the hearing. It should only take 2 hours. It all depends on Leo.

And . . . Matt Wyatt said today the ACT fraud charge is not that big a deal.

Coach Sanders got a 8-year show cause and La-L didn't suffer much.

You're right. He's getting a fee no matter what but what does this have to do with the NCAA?

google maps says it's about 65 miles. Do the math at 75mph. what number do you get or do you need help?

Kobe's coach, who was with him on the visits, said he did not receive free merch.

Leo has no proof whatsoever about the free stuff.

If this allegation goes, so goeth the bag 'o money.
