Why can't we put down some real money and hire a real d coordinator. Guys playing out of position and taking plays off is all coaching and it pisses me off! Hell I would take coach O for the position in a heartbeat over this. At least then we would have a decent amount of talent.

He's not a leader. He doesn't look like he's in charge of shite when they show him on the sidelines. He doesn't seem to get into anyone's arse either. He needs to go.

We have not been teaching the players how to tackle through the last several coordinators. Every time one of our guys launches himself through the air and misses without wrapping his arms around his target makes me want to scream.
