Apparently Donald Gray and Jesse Jackson had big nights at scrimmage the other night. That was really nice to hear. We have proven targets, and we are adding more viable players to the mix.

Sweet!

I have been around MSU for a long time, and we have never been this deep at receiver.

2014:

DeRunnya Wilson: 14.5 YPC // 9 TD

Fred Brown: 16.3 YPC // 2 TD

Fred Ross: 16.6 YPC // 5 TD

Joe Morrow: 20.2 YPC // 4 TD

Gus Walley: 12.3 YPC // 1 TD

Returning all 3 of the top scorers from last year.

I was watching some 2010 highlights the other day and it was amazing how much more talent we have on offense now.

What would Chad Bumphis be on this team...the 3rd wide receiver?

I really don't think he would beat out Fred. That dude just doesn't drop balls, he's a vacuum cleaner, very simple but underrated quality.

Bump was just all we had at the time. Really hard to judge how he would have done with the talent we have now on the field with him.

Everything I'm reading about Nick James lately makes me feel a lot better about our DL too. If he beats out Adams, good luck against that front 4.

Just a little Tuesday rosterbating.

Just like last year I have a feeling we're going to come out and absolutely smash LSU in a few weeks.

Don't really like to hype kids up too much but Donald Gray will go down as the greatest player in the history of organized sports.

Man, that's a good point.

For as well as he did for us, and as good of a player he was for us, Bumphis would probably be 3rd on the WR depth chart.

The only reason he'd be that high is because of proven/production and hands. Honestly, young Gabe Myles reminds me a lot of Bumphis, except perhaps with a bit more speed.

Bumphis would have been a tremendous slot receiver if paired with Dak, Bear and Fred Ross/Joe Morrow.

I don't think that's a question. Love Bumphis and what he contributed. We always seem to have that one guy that's out of sync with the rest of the talent around them

Norwood, AD, Bumphis specifically.

I would seriously start him. We need that guy who just comes down with ridiculous catches.

I was shocked we didn't see much or any of Gabe Myles the first two weeks.

He showed his agility and quickness last year especially vs AU and TAMU.

He needs to be on the field and get him the ball in his hands. He always makes the first guy miss.

Myles and Gray can ball.
