have any of our "experts" explained why we are looking to take so many RB and S in this class?

Same thing goes for QBs, while looking to get Pass in 2016..why grab 2 this class?

You have to focus on this years class and not assume that you will get a guy in 2016.

not all the RBs will make it to campus and of the ones that do not all will stay at RB.

We lose Cox and Hughes after this year. Jamal Peters is a take no matter what your depth chart looks like.
Khane Pass is a legit prospect but also gives you a big in on his brother.
McNair is listed as a S but will be a LB.
Jarvis Wilson is one of the most underrated prospects in the state.

So Khane Pass and teammates will be in Starkville Thursday and will stay for Big Dawg camp. They're doing this so that Pass' mom and grandmother will be able to see the campus and talk with the coaches before camp gets started.

For the cherry on top:

Also making the trip will be 2016 QB Jawon Pass, 2015 Alabama commit Mekhi Brown, and 2017 LB Giovannia Moore. Moore has offers from UNC, NC State, and Tennessee and State is expected to offer this weekend.

Paul says it's still looking very positive for Khane to join the MSU class by Friday.

2015
Robinson –Sr
Shumpert – Jr
Williams – RFr/So
Lee – RFr (might change position)
Murphy – Fr.
Gibson – Fr.

Other “RBs”
Dear – Can play slot
Thomas – grades risk, could be headed to JUCO or prep school

Plus, there isn’t a RB in the state next year really.

So most people don’t think Lee ends up a RB. That would only leave you with 5 RBs on campus for 2015. Redshirt one. That’s only one RB a class then.

I think Lee stays at RB, that is unless he can beat out some guys at SS or LB. RB is his most natural position, but he will have to work hard.

You mean someone made sense of what our staff, that works more hours than us, is doing with the recruiting class? No way, homie.

I every time I realize Sallach is still actually on the field for us while John Baxter is still looking for a job.

That said, he seems to be a decent recruiter, and our TEs have been decent under him. I just think that coach should almost always be a ST guru as well -- and if he isn't, he better be a Brewster-type recruiter.

We have a solid OL from Hawaii who's in prep school in Fla. Miki Fifita who is coming to big Dawg.

Justin Johnson commits to kick off BDC day. Had offers from us and UK.

Another big, outside receiver. Don't know much else about him really.

He did a video interview with Brandon Speck at their 7 on 7 tourney this morning saying he committed...

Doesn't seem to be any complete confirmation out there that we accepted the commitment that I've seen yet...

He might depending on how much weight he gains. As of right now, I'd say he stays outside...
