I'm the same way. It's hilarious how much their team and coaches already hate us -- and their most ignorant just feed off of that.
I hope Woodruff puts the first 96mph fast ball of the series behind Bregman just to watch the meltdown -- at which point they seem to struggle and we seem to excel.

Engie have you heard anything encouraging on Paul Young? Im curious to see if hes cleared to practice this weekend.

Every LSU fan I talked to in Omaha was awesome. These dudes on here just get butthurt when someone thinks they can be better than "eh eh yu"

I have to agree with that. Especially the older ones.
Its the 15-30 year old bad arse wanna be ella-YOU sidewalk fans who give LSU a bad name. The true fans who actually pay to travel and see them play arent bad at all.

Especially the ones who are tatted up and wear affliction or Ed Hardy gear with their LSU hat. They probably dont have a clue who Les Miles even is but they can smash Miller lites and yell ELLA-YOU as loud as they can 10 times in a row.

He's been medically cleared for awhile. Haven't heard how he's progressing though -- or if he's back to actually throwing on the hill or not. Just hope it's not something lingering like Woody's bone spurs last year. If it is, our staff seems to keep it under wraps pretty well...
Would also be interested if anyone has an answer to this? Seems like a tremendous option as a few innings midweek guy -- at least until he gets fully into form(how we tried to get Woody ready last year). Anyone know if his velocity is back?

I should be there for the Friday & Saturday games.
Been to a few lsu games in the new box and was there at the old box in 2006 for our series against them when we took 2/3 and came in undefeated ranked #1
We seem to have a decent amount of fans for baseball in br and I'm thinking we will really travel well down there this year. Would love to take 2/3!

Gonna be a different dynamic now that we're getting guys out of highschool that aren't projects...like Humphreys and Hudson. Most of the rest of them have been developmental projects in the past.
