if it's what i'm thinking of he said he hoped bert had a heart attack so they could ban gravy or something to the effect.

i think it's a totally appropriate banning- if cnb got banned for saying someone should get cancer then the stroke should be banned twice as long for being stupid and not learning from cnb's mistake.
