I’m not really arguing that Franks deserves more freedom, for me it’s a question of what’s being communicated to him on the sideline and what liberties he has. We don’t know what he’s being coached to do, if he’s given a play with one read it’s hard to criticize him if he’s following instruction.

I may be wrong, but it's hard to believe that Mac or Nuss are putting in plays during the week and telling Feleipe "I don't care if there are three guys spooning and fondling Brandon Powell, you will throw him this post route on this play"

There's always a second or third read. Franks has it in his head that no matter how covered a guy is, his arm is strong enough to fire the ball in there. The coaches need to get through to him that when a guy is covered, it's okay to check down. When a play begins to break down, scramble and keep your eyes down field because we're training the receivers to run deep so you can use that arm to throw one up to them, when nothing is there, don't step out of bounds for a four yard loss, throw it four rows up into the stands.

It's the little stuff he's not doing consistently that are the difference in him being serviceable and a liability.

And that’s a mistake and something that’s need to be coached up. I’m not saying I believe every play is one read by design, but I do think situationally they try to take some of the on-field decision making out of the hands of a young QB.

Man, I remember arguing to the hilt about Muschamp doing this. I always felt he was way, way too involved in the offense when he had absolutely no idea what the frick he was doing on that side of the ball.

I'm not sure if Franks even wants to make multiple reads, a lot of times he gets into a panic and either chucks it downfield or just runs out of bounds when he shouldn't have.

So you call him Butters? Ha ha, creative and hilarious. Criticize him for his mistakes and I'll agree or disagree. Criticizing him for his looks is juvenile and stupid. Like a middle schooler

Are you really that slow? You don't think recruits are moved by men that can move them? You don't think appearance is one of the most important things a recruit sees? A HC needs to look the part. He needs to not look like his outfit came from Kmart and he should be able to form coherent sentences. Anyone that has money and won't fix their teeth has something wrong with them...

Nick Saban is a 5'5 wrinkly 65 year old dwarf. Urban Meyer is has 7 chins and looks like a who from the Grinch, Jimbo Fisher has an island patch of hair on top of his head and his wife left him for a Gator. Recruits don't give a shite what a head coach looks like, if he sells them a vision then he will be fine. If him being ugly is why he only got the 12th and 9th ranked classes the last two years, how do you explain the top 5 class he has coming this year? Or the #1 ranked 2019 class? You sound like a fricking clown.

On Monday's he wears the nice button down shirts with the gator logo and on wednesdays he is speaking after practice. Like I said before, ha ha, he has yellow teeth he should get them fixed, lolol let's call him butters. You sound like an idiot. Try to spend less time criticizing his appearance and put more thought into your arguments against him as a coach, and maybe you'll be able to bring more to this board.
