Harris's long ball went 28 yards in the air and was an actual deep pass. Grier was using WR screens all night to get his yards and was pretty locked in on Drob during his long drive.
The comment on the bullet pass may be true. That does seem to be a strange hole but a hole nonetheless in Harris' game. Even the announcers saw that shite and commented on it. Grier is better from 0-20 yards. Beyond 20 Harris has a better ball.

I frankly don't give a shite at this point.
Pick one and ride or die. Enough with the QB circus.

It's Grier, and the decision is ridiculously easy.
He runs as well, if not better than Harris(see game film for proof)
He has a more accurate arm
A stronger arm
A quicker release
Is more composed in the pocket. Harris rolls out immediately if his first read isn't there. He is great on the run, but he also is to slow of a decision maker.
Oh, and Harris had a full year to become a QB, has played in nine games, and is still the same as he was. Grier has far more potential, so you CLEARLY go with Will. Honestly it's not even close. Harris now is the same as Harris last year, so this is his ceiling. His ceiling simply isn't good enough. We don't know how Grier will improve, but we know Harris really isn't. Yet Grier is still out performing. Honestly, the decision is far to easy to still be a competition.

We all know what Treon can do.
Grier has more upside, if we're going to get back to where we need to be. We're going to need better QB play than Treon can deliver. I like Treon's mobility, but I just don't think he's skilled enough as a passer.
Grier may not be either, but we need to find out.

I honestly don't know why there's so much controversy at this point. I mean, just watch the games.
Grier and Harris both hit the same wheel route, but Grier was the only one who could thread the needle in the red zone.
It's all I need to see at this point.

Well Straws I have watched the two games and although I like the passing ability of Grier...he hasnt shown ball security to where I felt confident.
The UK is going to hinge on turnovers and special teams. I think Treon is a tad better at securing the ball. Its a great problem to have two talented QBs and I have no problem rotating them all season if need be and having one with hot hand gets in.
We are only an injury from having 1 QB and I shudder to think what would happen then? Lets be grateful for what we have. I know of a few SEC teams that would LOVE to have our problem. Y'all need to learn patience.

You stick with both. It makes it harder for defenses to game plan for two QBs with such limited practice time.

And it also throws off the rhythm on our offense.

Good Point!
Start Grier with the promise he has a half to win the job and if he doesn't put in Harris at the half with the promise that he has a half to win the job.

I can agree with that. Start Grier for the 1st half.
If hes terrible, put in Treon for the rest of the game.
But enough with the 3 series of 1 QB then 3 series with the other.
