At least this board is pretty rational and you can have a decent discussion on things. I hate uber sunshine pumping (although I have nothing against reel_gator), but constant criticism is just as pathetic too. And I agree, WM doesn't deserve every bit of criticism his way (although I won't throw too many stones). I really hope he gets it turned around next year and we can start kicking arse again

It didn't get this way til Spurrier won so,me hardware and by mid to late 1990s he said himself that he helped create a monster.

Zook never had a chance following Spurrier...very few coaches would have.

I look around Ben Hill Griffin and Im sickened by the seats filled in old time alumni sections with younger folks who inherited parents seating. They sit on their hands for the most part and I have to wonder why they bothered to show up. Now..Im not talking about THIS year...which has been painful to watch...but LAST years 11-1 season.

As for next years schedule...Boom gets no pass from me...7-5 should result in a quick hook. We have too much talent coming back for that. I don't think we will be worse than 9-3 and that doesn't make me happy either..10-2 or 11-1 is what we should be.

I don't care how many players we have missing. You can't lose to GASU. What about that time out at the end of the game with the clock already stopped due to an incomplete pass. I am the biggest Muschamp fan but dang coach what is going on. We shouldve thrown more early in the game. Did we practice any kind of pass during this week?

007, did it ever cross your mind that the time out was called because of a third stringqb and you wanted to make sure he knew what to do on the next few plays? We were using a 3rd string qb and its not his fault or anyone elses...he just doesn't have the snaps under his belt right now.
I think there will be a great qb derby next spring to see who will start and we will have three candidates...but Driskel is definitely more talented in my mind.

We are just snakebit right now and need to purge the demons. Gator fans have been entitled for so long and its welcome back 1970s. We had no penalty yards all game and then on our last possession two flags and we could have been starting inside their side of the fifty.

He had a week of practice to play an FCS Georgia Southern team who by the way was missing 19 of there 65 scholarship athletes to injury or suspensions. In my opinion it was a bad call. I agree Muschamp gets another year but a 6-4 FCS team should not beat a second string Florida team at home.
