Merry Christmas! Been in WPB for the week and caught a late flight back to Dallas tonight. I may or may not find a little dive bar and blow the froth off a couple coldies.

I need to quit working remotely on my time off 
and I fly back to TX at 5:45AM ET tomorrow :(.

I don't mind working on my time off if I have some downtime and I'm motivated to work ahead or get some things done. Obviously, in crisis situations I don't have much of a choice but to work (and these seem to happen more and more lately).
If it negatively affects my personal life, I don't work on my time off.
I fly back out West Saturday morning on NYE at 7:05 AM CT. Flying into Dallas first, then catching a flight home to Phoenix.

Well my six days off just got extended....its dead slow at the office so Ive been off work since Weds 12/21 and go back Tues. Almost two weeks off. Needed it. Im not as young as I once was and have to recharge the batteries

Sorta, but after living in Florida and Georgia for almost 20 years, its not that big of a deal
The lack of humidity actually doesn't make it too bad.
Just gotta drink a bunch of fluids when your outdoors doing stuff, because the heat can sneak up on you pretty quick.
At this point, I'm kind of ready to get back to work. I've been off since the 16th
