he's right. if feleipe makes that 2nd interception a big play for the gators, no one would be crying. i like he took some accountability in the play call.

Imagine what this board would have been like if our team lost the game, instead.

All of the gains we made resurrecting the program would have been shot, we would have been back to McElwain recruiting.

All because we want to protect the fragile mind of our QB.

Straws, you have a one track mind...stop the hating of OUR Gator QB. You haven't consulted with Mullen yet and I wonder why.

Deal wit it...he is our QB and all your hate is wasted. Do you think this board is going to storm the castle and kick all the coaches out? Im sure others on this board are tired of same damn hate 24/7 from you. Try a different subject or read a book, watch a movie.

BTW since you blasted Franks for his behavior during the miamuh game...I watch some different video clips and who is running up and down by the crowd, arms folded in "hood" style...none other than Perine.

Why does he get a free pass and folks pick on Franks? Because he is the QB...easy to blame everything on him, famine in the Congo, polio in Africa, locust infestation killing crops, polluted drinking water and unrest in the orient. Dude has been busy huh?

They will love your hatred for Franks on the jawja board.

With Feleipe, you have to learn to take the good with the bad. He’s going to hit splash plays and make poor choices. Have to stand behind the QB though.

Perine didn't fumble it.

Perine didn't throw an interception.

Both at critical, game changing moments that kept Miami in the game.

Perine's job as a RB is also fundamentally, wholly, completely, inextricably easier than playing QB. Franks lacks focus, and threw an interception specifically because he was unfocused.

People love them some proud idiot faceplanting on National Television.

That he then doubled down and punted the ball into the stands just made everyone laugh at him more.

When every fan base is telling us the same thing and we're the only ones who think differently it should be telling, but obviously you have some serious problems with context and forming your own opinion.

"Daddy Mullen says it's true, so it must be. :PPPPP"

And we hear your counterargument that isn't football related every time.

Daddy Mullen said ________.

Hubby Franks needs to be protected because he's not strong.

We get it, that's the extent of your argument. If you guys don't like football talk, stop talking football and go live in Orange and Blue paradise where our team is perfect every game and no one can be blamed for anything.

The entire country is on my side, but Gator Homers must know better.

It's kind of rich that you think that because people disagree with your opinion you accuse them of thinking that Florida is perfect and Homers. All you do is criticize Franks for not being the "perfect" QB. Even when I agree with some of what you say it's hard when you act like such a sanctimonious prick.

I think if you just approached the conversation differently some people might agree with you.

But you have this tendency to be supppppppper sanctimonious.

Myself and others tried to tell you Miami's defense would keep it close before the game and you laughed at us and disregarded all of our arguments.

Then the game was close.......

And I understand your position - you don't credit the miami defense at all, it's all on Franks. Which I would argue is short-sighted, but I digress...
Maybe you are right about some of this stuff with Franks, but you are so insufferable about it no one wants to agree with you

I would advise patience, and to sit back and watch how the team develops without having ridiculous high expectations. Just enjoy the process.

This...I mean any though that Miami had a good defense he basically claimed us a fool.

They did have a good defense by every available metric even ones that included SOS.

It showed. They contained our run game because we had no push with the Oline. We still did have 245 yards passing despite very little ground game and Franks did make good throws when he had time to actually throw.

End of the day..I watched it a few times and outside of that last throw, the game wasn't a bad one considering how often he had someone in his face. That one fumble on the pitch was on Davis. He stuttered and it screwed up the timing. As for the other hand off that was Franks being too indecisive on the run pass option so yes that was on him. The first interception he couldn't step into the throw and had to throw flat footed because of the pressure from the right side I'd assume thats why it sailed high. The last pic really was bad no excuse on that even with pressure it's just an awful decision.

See, you guys talk about their defense without realizing that:

We had four turnovers, none were caused by the defense. They played hard to get those plays but:

Franks wasn't pressured when he fricked up a routine handoff.

Franks wasn't pressured when the flip to Davis resulted in a fumble, neither of them were.

Franks wasn't pressured when he threw it over the middle too high for one player, too low for another.

Franks still had a clean pocket when he threw his last interception. People say he was hit (he wasn't).

People say someone rolled into his legs -- it doesn't matter. The guy he was throwing to was completely covered.

The way I go about this is because every single year you guys say the exact same thing and when it blows up in your faces you want to get mad at me.

"Franks doesn't see the field well is and inconsistent." It's what I've been saying for years, and the only reason I'm so blunt is because we always have another excuse.

Defense didn't tackle.

Offensive line wasn't good.

"Quarterback is just not getting it done."

MAH GAWD SCRAWS, HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT WHEN NO ONE WAS HELPING POOR FRANKS, HE JUST DON'T KNOW NO BETTA.

The more excuses you guys make, the more I'm going to spike the ball in your face and show you you're wrong.
