That is all on Toney if you keep putting the guy on the field that week in and week out stands there and watches receivers run by you and not cover then that is 100% on the coach that keeps putting him out there.
TONEY is the DC and elects to put him out there time after time of missed assignments.
Kamari needs to see the field more if that many mistakes are being made then instead of a 5th year senior I would rather see a more talented freshman in there.

This, good coaches make adjustments after 6 games of seeing the same mistakes by the same players.
