Yes
I cant believe this many UF fans act like 07 wasnt a thing.
Flipped defense after 06, mostly young but talented guys that struggled at times during the season. Came back in 08 and were dominant

Also you have to remember The thing that happened to Kitna. Which I completely believe if that had not happened he would be our starter and Mertz would not be here.
Plus the stuff with Stokes and Resheda.
So it hasn't been Rosie for Napier. He has had alot to deal with as well.

It's still on him he didnt get one just like how Mertz performs is on him as he went and got him in the portal.

Name 3 Portal QBs doing better than Mertz with their new team.
Only guy I can think of is the cat that went to ND. The other names ppl screamed for over Mertz arent doing well at all.

I would have took Leary all day over Mertz. He needed to pick the phone up and tell the boosters we needed to make it happen unless some of these experienced QBs saw what he was running and wanted no part of it.

Why do our safety’s commit to receivers on the snap instead of playing the throws and reading the QB like center fielders? Every time they take a shot down the field, the safety is nowhere to be found.
