Instead of working on gimmick jerseys and helmets, this staff should work on things like communicating sideline signals and special teams units.

Amazing how with such a large support staff such idiotic mistakes get made on game day.

Back to what cost UF the game Saturday.
1) Special teams mistakes. 10 men on the field for Arkansas field goal, missed extra point, missed field goal, miscommunication at end of game. Napier better address this.
2) Defense is young and just bad, missed tackles, blown assignments, not ready at the snap. I am beginning to believe that the Amstrong hire was a bad decision.
3)O-line is soft, misses blocking assignments, poorly coached. We have two too many O line coaches, We need to hire one good one.
4) Overall poor game management, maybe Napier has too much on his plate. Needs to hire a play caller, special teams coach, focus on being a head coach.
These problem will not be fixed until the off season. This off season will determine how long Napier remains at UF. I like the man, hope that he figures it out, then I might like the coach.

One more thing, stop with the alternate uniforms. Focus on traditions and playing winning football. Stop with the gimmicks to make Nike more money. They have enough.

If you want to honor vets, wear a flag on your uniform.
