At this point this is Florida football . A coaching change is not going to make a difference unless the people making the decision on the next coach care about winning . There was a rumor that the boosters or president didn’t want a coach that would do when ever he wanted like Meyer and Spurrier after Meyer left . The hires that have been made since then make it seem legit .

Kind of reminds me about rumors I'd hear about Texas in the 10s. As long as they were making money, the rumor was everyone was kinda complacent about championships.
Only beating OU three times over that decade tends to start to affecting the money I guess.
