According to Graham Hall from The Alligator in Gainesville, gatorsports.com, GatorCountry, and Florida's 247 page, the Gators are expected to get Eason to flip from Georgia to Florida.
Here is a picture of him following the visit that has been going around on Twitter this morning
The Gator folder is apparently his Early Enrollee enrollment paperwork.

The guy is from a different geographic part of the country so no real ties to UGA. Richt was a former OC with a track record of success. Mcelwain is a former OC with a track record of success. Smart is a DC and no one knows what to expect of him as HC. I guess he could follow Richt but UM's facilities blow.
