Nixon to Ole Miss. Uche to Michigan. I would just tell everyone to not get your hopes up on any remaining target at this point. Too much in the air and rumors flying around.

Eubanks was sick and plans on coming still.

Jachai Polite is a potential flip to USC (Trojans) after his recent visit there. Per SEC Country. He tweeted a pick of UF and USC and said Hard decisions. Here is LINK

Here is an update from a recruiting "insider"

DE Burns: had his visit to UF, but we did not pull ahead as a favorite despite it. don't think we get him.
WR Cleveland: family wants him to stay nearby at Houston. doubtful we pull him. (I did hear he had a poor TCU visit)
DB Fulton: LSU is leading but he will visit UF. likes Mac. wants family to meet him. could be gaming us. we'll see. we flipped Franks so there's at least a chance.
TE Eubanks: Bama is now leading. might come here if Burns does. I think we lose both to different schools.
LB Wilson: he's trolling somebody big time. signing day will tell the tale, but I'll assume his behavior points to a Bammer signing. We get his last visit.

He also thinks we miss out on all of them.

Spivey feels pretty good about half of that list. We will see. A lot can change after a visit.

We will be ok. Need one more OL, a good LB and another WR. If we get another DL, then Im down with that also.

Fulton may not visit due to not having a DB coach. No Pettigrew either. Eubanks visits UM tomorrow. I wouldn't be shocked if he commits there. Some smoke of Cleveland to Arkansas. We may also lose 2-3 commits.

His dad is going to be too much to overcome.

But his dad will strong arm the decision in the end. He tells everyone that it is the sons decision, but he is a heavy heavy influence.



Eubanks and Burns are still looking like UF as of today. Burns still visiting FSU this weekend, but they are loaded with young pass rushers. Rumph and UF depth chart should win out, also Burns has great relationships with many current players.

Simpson is down to Clemson and UF. He has already visited both schools and UF feels good about where they stand.

I still feel like Mack Wilson heads to Bama.

Watch for Tony Nelson to find himself on the outside looking in. Think UF trims him for either an extra spot this year or next.

It won't be that bad.

If UF ends with an OL - like Simpson or something, Eubanks at TE, and one of Burns/Fulton/Cleveland, it'll be a top 10 class easy, maybe top 5 in some places.

We'll see.

Didn't see that coming......Not. Bad part is if he expressed that he wanted us to reach out to his mother and we didn't we dropped the ball big time. He doesn't live with his mother so I guess he wanted the staff to make a special trip to see her.

Good news Cleveland is really really intrigued by UF and he grew up a Gator fan. He is visiting with his aunt who lives with him in Houston and his parents still live in Florida. LINK

Not trying to get all sky is falling but not sure about the close on some of these final recruits. Losing top in state talent to out of state schools is hard to watch. Eubanks said he didn't make the visit because he was sick I guess he just didnt want to come. Wonder if he still comes the 29th.

Burns, Cleveland and Fulton remaining top candidates. If we miss on them then I might get a little more concerned.

If we can just get Cleveland and an OL I will be happy. Hell if we can just get an OL I will be happy. I am learning to lower my expectations on the fly.
