Manuel told him he is 50-50 between us and FSU. Gator Sports Radio puts his flip chance at 70%. We will know tomorrow.

"Have been told to not expect Antonio Nelson in the Gators class tomorrow. Looking at JUCO. Have also heard rumors out there of UF not signing Aaron Robinson and I am told that is not quite a done deal yet.Staff expecting to sign him tomorrow at the end of the day is what I was told" Robinson has grades waiting on test score. Staff trying to see if he can get signed without test score.

"Tyrie coach said that he has narrowed a top three of TCU, Florida, and Houston. Will announce around 9:30 ET Wednesday morning. Coach said he really has no idea where Cleveland will land, he said its all very close. However coaches opinion is that it's between Houston and UF after talking with Cleveland today. Apparently when Cleveland was asked about playing with Wells, he just smiled. Cleveland's coach also said that Cleveland doesn't like Arkansas run heavy offense. "That boy isn't going to block."

"John Simpson has completely shut down communication and isn't talking to anyone. Clemson feels very concerned while Florida feels good about its chances. Simpson's high school believes it's Florida. Clemson's writers are now saying that they may not even go to his signing because they believe it's Florida. Tyrie Cleveland will likely announce a top two of Florida and TCU some time today. I have high confidence in Cleveland coming to Gainesville"

There is a lot being said about current UF commits doing hat ceremonies. I was told that this was to create a buzz about the program having recruits pick UF over other power schools.

Careful, if GC sees you posting that stuff here they might come after you.

Here is how I feel about it:

If McWilliams and Nelson don't make it in for this class (for various reasons) then Robinson and Burnett are the only true outside corners recruiting this cycle. So if Robinson is having issues enrolling, UF MUST MUST MUST MUST pull Kristian Fulton from Louisiana. It's a tall order and I doubt they actually do it, but goddamn they will be in so much trouble at corner in 2017 if they don't pull AT LEAST ONE of Robinson or Fulton.

Especially with Nelson out.

At DT, UF has 2 guys that will be leaving the team next year in Brantley and Ivie, the younger Ivie might be a transfer, and Holley is always hurt. That means if UF does not recruit a DT this cycle, Taven Bryan and Khairi clark could conceivable be the only two DT on the team in 2017. That is an unmitigated disaster, especially since FSU is already leading in state for the big 2017 DTs. Florida MUST MUST MUST land Shavar Manuel and not let him go to FSU.

Those are the two keys to the class IMO. Cleveland would be nice, and so would Simpson, but without Manual and Robinson/Fulton, UF will have missed at two HUGE positions of need coming down the stretch. This would essentially then just be like Muschamp's classes, except with the misses on Defense instead of offense.

There has been a lot said about the lack of recruiting prowess on this staff right now, and coming down the stretch, it will be interesting to see how they do.

Shavar Manuel has decommitted from UF per his twitter. FSU or LSU bound.

Burns didn't even have a Gator hat on his table. Heard UF didn't even send him a LOI.

Interview with Cleveland's aunt she said she wanted him at Arkansas but knew when he got back from UF he wanted to be there.
