More planned additions for Williams Brice and Gamecock football!

Sigh, baseball season is over in May..
yes, that's really sad but here's some good news! Tanner is working on a feasibility study (AD-speak for "developing a plan") for adding more suites to Williams Brice!
AND finally... a Football Operations Building to be built next to the IPF!
It's likely that with more suites the actual seating capacity will be reduced.. but I would gladly like to see Willy B come down to around 75,000 in exchange for a more visually appealing stadium with more suites and general fan amenities (Think Washington's Husky Stadium/Oregon's Autzen Stadium).
What would you like to see added to the plans for Williams Brice and the new Football Operations Building?

Luxury seating brings in a ton of money for universities and the last list I saw had us 13th in the conference ahead of just Vandy, so its not like we have a ton already

Something about never wanting to say we have a stadium that seats less than 80k.
