Slow is the trait we should avoid at all costs. I have never seen him play; just saw the rankings, so I wasn't sure. Thanks.

Yeah his rankings have been weird. I was pumped about him before the season, I think 247 had him as the #1 recruit in the state at some point. Once camps and the season took place his stock plummeted. I think the guys we have recruited are better, Nasirildeen, or more upside, Dickerson. Plus some of the guys on the commit list that are listed as CB will transition over to Safety as well.

Well depth never hurts. Maybe we can stack him with weight and turn him into a hitter. Regardless, we need secondary depth at all costs now and it helps having someone with actual game experience. I'm all for it and welcome this guy with open arms.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same guy. I was talking about Tank robinson class of 17 Safety from, I believe, Sumter. Who are you talking about?

ah gotcha. Anyone that wants to be here and play football I'm all for. We def need depth. Having the need to have guys constantly moving from CB to S and back due to lack of talent just means we won't have guys who are as good as they can be at either position. I'm all with the transfer.

I saw where Nasirldeen said he's 70 percent committed, and that FSU is the only other school in the picture. Really hope January 13 reaffirms things for him.

OT Commit Dennis Daley has cancelled all other visits and is 100% Gamecock.
4* former commit Javon Kinlaw was visited by Muschamp and Lance Thompson yesterday and has subsequently cancelled his OV to Bama.

Beal will be in Athens this weekend on a UV, apparently. I expect the staff to push pretty hard for him to cancel his next 2 visits (USC and FSU), especially that FSU visit.

Its def a good sign but idk that constitutes recommit. I will say all signs point to Kinlaw being a gamecock. I also saw where with some coaching up, he has one of the highest upsides of any player that we would have on the team.
On to the Beal conversation:
I could see this going well or poorly for UGA. On one hand, getting him to UV yall this weekend does give you the chance to get him to cancel his OV here. However... it also means that if he does OV here it would be that much closer to NSD. Could be a big risk considering Muschamp/TRob/Thompson's flip reputation. I for one do still see him going to UGA personally. However this move is risky.

FSU is a bigger threat to UGA for Beals right now, so I think it's trying to push every back so that he might have to miss his FSU visit or getting him to permanently shelve his visits. If he makes the trip to Tallahassee with Kaindoh and his family, then I'll really be sweating it out come NSD.
And if he does make it Columbia next weekend, we still have a week to remind him why he flipped to UGA and didn't like it at IMG Academy. It might blow up in our face, but I like getting him on campus this week with a bunch of our other commits and EE's.
