We (governments) have the ability to control weather thru cloud seeding and HAARP. However, natural disasters are big money makers.

The U.S. is going to go broke rebuilding the Gulf Coast time after time.

The last thing you guys need is another inch of rain. Hell I'll take the hit instead of you guys.

Step 1: Retired people move to Florida
Step 2: Insert major natural disaster
Step 3: Make room for more year-round Spring Breakers
Step 4: Insert major natural disaster
Step 5: Florida is fixed

Do think it has a chance to strengthen to a hurricane ?

A hurricane seems very unlikely. Too much shear and a likely weakness in the ridge to keep it east.

Dont like that last X. Need to turn more towards eastern Louisiana.

No...we don't exactly need a hurricane right now.
Lots of uncertainty, but Im of the mind that if it develops strong enough the ULL riding the east side of the ridge will catch it and pull er into Florida.
